THE MAMMAL MAMA PROJECT
Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Earnings Disclaimer
This document sets out the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Earnings & Results Disclaimer (together, this “Agreement”) that govern your access to and use of the website, digital products, programs, memberships, and services offered by The Mammal Mama Project, a brand and business project operated by Cycle Healing Academy SpA (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing a program, joining our email list, or otherwise using our services, you (“you,” “Client,” or “User”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use our website or services.
SECTION 1 — PRIVACY POLICY
1.1 Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what choices you have regarding your information.
1.2 Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
a) Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, and, where applicable, billing or shipping information, when you subscribe to our email list, download a free resource, or purchase a program.
b) Payment information processed through our third-party payment processors (such as our course platform and payment gateway providers). We do not directly store your full credit card or payment account details on our own servers.
c) Communications you send us, including emails, messages through our website or community platforms, coaching-session notes, and feedback or testimonials you choose to share with us.
d) Technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website.
We do not require and do not directly collect fertility-tracking, cycle, or other health data as part of our systems. Any tracking of your personal fertility or cycle data is done by you, independently, using your own external app, journal, or paper charts. To the extent you voluntarily share such personal health information with us (for example, during a counseling session or in a support community, in order for us to help guide you), we treat that information as sensitive and confidential, and we anonymize it before using it for any purpose beyond directly supporting you, as described further in Section 1.5 below.
1.3 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
a) Deliver the products, programs, and services you have purchased or requested;
b) Communicate with you, including sending program materials, updates, and, where you have opted in, marketing emails and our podcast or content updates;
c) Process payments and manage billing;
d) Improve our website, programs, and services based on feedback and usage patterns;
e) Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, our clients, and others.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not remove you from transactional communications related to a program you are actively enrolled in.
1.4 Cookies and Third-Party Tools
Our website and checkout pages may use cookies and similar tracking technologies, as well as third-party tools (such as email marketing platforms, checkout and course-hosting platforms, advertising pixels, and analytics providers), to operate our website, process payments, and measure and improve the performance of our marketing. These third-party providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information, and we encourage you to review them.
1.5 Testimonials, Success Stories, and Anonymized Content
As part of your participation in any of our programs, memberships, or community spaces, you acknowledge and agree that the Company may use anonymized screenshots, messages, progress updates, quotes, or other content you share with us (for example, in a private community, coaching session, or via email) for the purpose of illustrating success stories, testimonials, and marketing materials. “Anonymized” means that we will remove or alter identifying details such as your name, photo, and any other information that could reasonably identify you, unless you separately and expressly consent in writing to the use of your identifiable testimonial (for example, your name, voice, or likeness) in our marketing.
If you do not wish for any of your shared content to be used in this anonymized manner, you may notify us in writing at any time at the contact information provided in Section 1.9, and we will exclude your content from future use going forward.
1.6 Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
1.7 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
1.8 Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 1.9, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
1.9 Contact
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please contact us at: itu.undurraga@gmail.com.
1.10 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
SECTION 2 — TERMS & CONDITIONS
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, digital content, programs, memberships, and any other products or services offered by The Mammal Mama Project. By purchasing a program, accessing our content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2.2 Nature of Our Programs
The Mammal Mama Project provides educational content, counseling, and community support relating to fertility awareness, the sympto-thermal method, and reproductive wellness. Our programs are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical care, and enrollment in any program does not create a doctor-patient, nurse-patient, midwife-patient, or other clinical care relationship between you and the Company or any of its team members, coaches, or contractors.
2.3 Not Medical Advice
Nothing provided through our website, programs, emails, podcast, or community spaces constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fertility, conception, pregnancy, and reproductive health are influenced by many individual factors, and the fertility awareness method taught in our programs, like any method of family planning, has a documented margin of error and is not guaranteed to prevent or achieve pregnancy in any individual case. You should always consult your own physician, midwife, gynecologist, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical questions, conditions, or decisions, including decisions about contraception, trying to conceive, or any change to your healthcare routine. You assume full responsibility for any healthcare decisions you make, and the Company disclaims any liability arising from your reliance on the educational content we provide in lieu of professional medical advice.
2.4 Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our programs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.5 Payment
All prices for our programs and services are listed in the currency specified at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is expressly offered and selected at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
2.6 Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable, except where a specific program expressly offers a guarantee or refund policy on its sales page or enrollment materials at the time of your purchase. Where such a guarantee exists, it will set out its own specific terms and conditions (including any eligibility requirements, such as documented participation or completion of specific program steps), and those program-specific terms will govern any refund request for that program. In the absence of an express written guarantee for a given program, no refunds will be issued.
2.7 Intellectual Property
All content provided through our website, programs, emails, podcast, and community spaces — including but not limited to text, videos, audio, graphics, worksheets, templates, and course materials — is the property of the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent.
2.8 Confidentiality
Any private community, group coaching space, or one-on-one coulseing session offered as part of our programs is intended to be a safe and confidential space. You agree not to share, screenshot, or otherwise disclose the personal information, stories, or content shared by other participants in these spaces without their express consent. This mutual expectation of confidentiality is a condition of participation in our community and coaching spaces.
2.9 User Conduct
You agree to engage with our programs, community spaces, and team members respectfully and in good faith. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a community space or program, without refund, if their conduct is abusive, harassing, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the respectful and supportive spirit of our programs.
2.10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its founder, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our website, programs, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.
2.11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its founder, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our programs or services, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
2.12 Independent Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship between you and the Company. Any coaches, contractors, or team members you interact with through our programs act as independent providers of educational and coaching services and not as your treating healthcare provider.
2.13 Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website and programs may reference or link to third-party websites, apps, or tools (for example, cycle-tracking apps you may choose to use independently). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party resource.
2.14 Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, internet or technology outages, or other similar events.
2.15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement does not designate the law of any single specific jurisdiction as exclusively governing. The Parties agree to interpret and enforce this Agreement in good faith and, in the event of any dispute, to first make a genuine effort to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit or override any consumer protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country or state of residence, which will apply to the extent such rights cannot be waived by agreement.
2.16 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
2.17 Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or programs after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

SECTION 3 — EARNINGS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER
3.1 General Disclaimer
Any references on our website, in our marketing, or within our programs to specific results, transformations, pregnancy, or other outcomes achieved by the Company, its founder, or by past clients are shared for illustrative and informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee, promise, or projection that you will achieve the same or similar results.
3.2 Health and Fertility Outcomes
Because fertility, conception, pregnancy, and hormonal health depend on a wide range of individual biological, medical, and lifestyle factors that are outside the Company's control, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific fertility, conception, cycle-charting, or health outcome as a result of participating in our programs. Any results described by past participants are individual experiences and are not indicative of what any particular person will experience. Where a specific program offers a documented guarantee, that guarantee is limited to the exact terms set out on that program's sales page or enrollment materials, and is not a general representation about outcomes for all participants.
3.3 Testimonials
Testimonials and success stories featured on our website or in our marketing reflect the real, individual experiences of the participants who shared them, presented in their own words or anonymized as described in Section 1.5. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
3.4 Your Responsibility
Your outcomes from participating in any of our programs depend on your own individual effort, consistency, personal circumstances, and factors outside of our control. By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own results and that the Company makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, financial, health-related, or otherwise.
